Students are trained in guest registration, preparation of bills, maintenance of guest accounts and handling complaints.

Students are trained to develop Food and Beverage service skills.    

The Bar        

      Service of Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic beverages is taught in this well equipped Bar.

 

Basic Training Kitchen


                It is designed to develop the basic skills required for Food Production. The lab can accommodate 30 students at a time.

Quantity Training Kitchen


Here the focus is on quantity Food Production.

Advanced Training Kitchen

Model guest room is designed to train the students in house keeping.

 

Conference Hall

  Air conditioned Conference Hall for conducting National level seminars  and guest lectures
