- Plastic awareness rally organized by the RACK and the Bharathiar University jointly. 300 NSS volunteers actively participated in this activities on 12.07.2008
- On 8.08.08 one day motivational camp conducted in our college by coordinator of "VIVEKANANDA SEVA ASHRAM " Mr.Senthil Kumar in Chitirachavadi.
- More than 100 NSS volunteers were involved in the jumble sales of Vasantha Memorial Trust for the cancer awareness on 21.09.2008.
- More than 500 people assembled in our college to take the oath on mission Green Earth on 17.10.2008.
- 50 NSS Volunteers were participated in one day youth awareness camp held in our college by VIVEKANANDA SEVA ASHRAM on 08.12.08.
- More than 50 NSS volunteers attended the seminar on "Youth in our secular democracy - duties and responsibilities " organized by Hindustan College, Coimbatore on 9.1.09.
- 0n 24 Jan 2009 more than 100 volunteers participatesd in "College road safety" held at CIT college organized by traffic police and traffic wardens.
- Our College NSS Volunteers accepted to give their eyes after their death for program "Vzhiy Kodupom and Olykodupom" organized by Bharathiar University on 26.01.09.
- More than 200 Volunteers distributed the cancer awareness notice on International Cancer Day - 04.02.09 at various places in Coimbatore City.
- Our College NSS Volunteers actively participated in "Alagana Covai" jointly organized by RACK and the Bharathiar University on 24.02.09.
- A seven day special camp organized from 27.02.09 to 4.03.09 at sowripalayam.
- Organized AIDS Awareness Programme , Dr. S. Mahadevan, Assistant Professor, Department of STD, Coimbatore Medical College Hospital Coimbatore spoke on various aspects relating to AIDS and STD
- 75 NSS volunteers were involved in Jumble Sale of Vasantha Memorial Trust for Cancer Care Center .
- 55 NSS volunteers participated Blood Donation Rally from Nehru stadium to PRS ground organized by NSS, Bharathiar University
- Conducted Blood Donation Camp at out college, donated 65 units to the blood bank.
- In Association with Lions Club International, Coimbatore , conducted Blood Identification Camp at our college for the first year students, 417 students benefited in this camp.
- 50 NSS volunteers were participated in debate on Anticorruption
- Conducted an Eye Screening Camp for the first year UG students and staff of our college in association with Sankara Eye Center, Coimbatore
- In Association with NSS Bharathiar University, 125 volunteers were distributed Cancer Awareness notice on International Cancer Day at various places in the Coimbatore city
- A ten-day Special Camp was organized covering three places namely, Murugan Nagar, Senkaliyappan Nagar and back side of Pioneer mill Road. The Camp helped the volunteers as well as the villagers to become aware of social and economic aspects. The activities undertaken by the volunteers in the camp were highly appreciated by the public
- 15 NSS volunteers were participated in one-day state level seminar on “Preserve the Globe”at PSGR Krishnammal College for women, Coimbatore.
- 35 NSS volunteers were participated Legal Awareness Programme organized by YWCA Coimbatore.
